01Your account
Your account is personal. Keep your password confidential, do not share your account or let anyone else sign in with it, and change your password immediately if you believe it has been exposed.
You are responsible for everything done through your account. Report a lost or stolen phone that has the app installed to your company's administrator without delay so the account can be disabled.
02Acceptable use
The system may be used only for your work with your company. In particular you must not:
- access or attempt to access data, screens or functions you are not authorised to use, or bypass any access control;
- probe, scan, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the system, or attempt to extract its source code;
- upload files that are unlawful, infringing or contain malicious code;
- enter false information — trip statuses, inspection results, odometer readings, receipts and reports must reflect what actually happened;
- use the app while driving in any way that breaks traffic law or endangers anyone.
03Location and device data
While you are signed in as a driver, the app reports your location — during trips and while you are on duty — together with trip events, inspection photos and similar operational data, so that trips can be tracked, work can be dispatched and safety rules applied. Before it first asks your phone for location, the app shows a notice explaining this and asks you to accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. How this data is collected, kept and shared is explained in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You can turn location off at any time in your phone's settings; trip tracking and the features that depend on it then stop working.
04Company data and confidentiality
Data your company keeps in the system — customers, contracts, trips, vehicles, employees, finances and documents — belongs to your company and is confidential. Access it only as needed for your duties, and do not copy, export or share it outside the channels your company has approved. Each company's data is kept separate from every other company's on the platform.
05Availability and changes
We work to keep the system available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; it may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades or outages. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn. We or your company may suspend or restrict an account at any time for security or operational reasons.
06Intellectual property
The NAQLERA software, its design and its content are owned by its operator and licensors and are protected by law. You receive a limited, revocable right to use the system for your work, not ownership of it. Copying, modifying, distributing or creating derivative works from it is not permitted.
07Ending access
Your access ends when your company closes your account — for example when your employment or contract ends — or earlier if these terms are breached. Records you created remain with your company, subject to the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.
08Liability
The system is provided as a work tool. To the extent permitted by law, neither NAQLERA nor your company is liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use or unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the labour law or other law that applies to you.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its competent courts and authorities, unless the law of the country where you work requires otherwise.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will revise the date at the top. When a change matters for you, the app or your company's administrator will tell you, and the app may ask you to accept the updated terms.
11Contact
Questions about your account go to your company's administrator — the person or team that issued it. Questions about these terms or the NAQLERA platform: [email protected].
